Write from the email on your account if you can. Replies take up to one business day in December and a little longer the rest of the year.
What to include
- The exchange name, or the six-character join code.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- For payments: the Polar receipt email, or the date and amount.
- A screenshot if the problem is on screen.
Things you can do yourself
- Someone joined late: the host can redraw from the Draw tile. Host Pro keeps everyone else’s match and chat.
- Wrong name: edit it from the members list.
- Can’t find the code: ask your host, or open the invite link again.
- Refunds: email us within 14 days of purchase and we will process it.
The one thing we will not do
Tell anyone who drew whom. Not the giftee, not the host, not you. If a Santa goes quiet, the host can redraw; we cannot reveal a match.
