Is this a subscription?
No. Host Pro is a single payment. It covers every exchange you host through 31 January, with a minimum of 90 days, and nothing renews.
Do my guests have to pay?
Never. Guests see no prices, no locks, and no upsell. Pro features apply to the whole exchange once the host has a pass.
What if I change my mind?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email contact@whosanta.com from the address on your account. Polar, our merchant of record, may also issue refunds under its own buyer protection terms.
Who charges my card?
Polar, our merchant of record, handles checkout, receipts, and tax. The charge on your statement will show Polar. Cards and local payment methods are accepted where available.
What if a feature is not out yet?
Pro features land through the season. A pass covers all of them as they ship, with no extra charge.
